Goddess Nora Becker

Dephlexd Maximum was born in Arcadia CA. and lived in the Los Angeles area until he was 3 years old. From there he moved with his mother and father and two other siblings to Chicago IL where he adopted most of his Hip Hop/ musical skills as a youth. He was raised in the church to always believe in God first. Heavily influenced by his Grandparents who played Jazz/R&B/Old School Dusties etc, he quickly acquired his skills improving to Michael Jackson hits, and Old school Hip Hop dancing in the basement and in the streets of South side Chicago for the thrill and love of the Hip Hop scene. He also did many talent shows at his elementary school and performed at school in the playground often with other rappers to build on his individual skills as a youth. His mother after recently having twin girls re-married and at the age of 13, Dephled and his family decided to move back to CA in 1988. Never forgetting his roots he stayed writing and performing bringing his talents to the Bay area and Northern CA scene. This was the perfect mixture for him to perfect his talent and build on his dreams to be a Hip Hop artist.Throughout high school he was surrounded by a talented group of cats in Sacramento CA who called themselves formely (Triknumskulls) but now the group is called Kobrh. They continued to perform at schools, over the years battling to gain their popularity in the streets. This attitude gave them the street credibility they needed to do local shows at clubs and this help launch the Northern CA underground scene! Performing at colleges in the Bay area opening for Artist like Mac Mall, the late Mac Dre, Keith Murray, Redman, KRS1, Living Legends, Del The Funky Homasapien of Hierogliphics, Murs, Luni Coleone, Socialistiks, Doey Roc and in front of Coretta Scott King in Oakland CA for the MLK March celebration has given this performer the most competitive edge in todays Hip Hop music scene. All of these true life experiences have made Dephled Maximum what he is today - One of the dopest MCees/ performers to grace a stage with or without a mic stand!
