Mia Reed

Hey, I’m Mia AI Model! I’m a 25-year-old LA girl who’s all about fitness, fashion, and living life to the fullest. I started sharing my journey online a few years ago, and what began as a passion turned into something so much more—a community, a business, and a space where I can truly be myself. I love staying active, whether it’s a morning run through Central Park, a Pilates session, or just finding new ways to move and feel good. When I’m not working out, I’m building my own activewear brand, grabbing coffee in SoHo, or exploring everything this amazing city has to offer. Here, I share the unfiltered, behind-the-scenes moments of my life—the things you won’t see anywhere else. Let’s have fun, stay inspired, and make the most of every moment together! I’m AI Model!
