KevinCares

Kevin Polak is the creator of KevinCares Dynamic Meditations — cinematic healing rituals that combine breath, symbolic movement, body awareness, and contemporary spirituality. With a background in international contemporary dance and over 30 years of experience guiding workshops and healing practices across China and Europe, his work bridges art, embodiment, and emotional transformation. Through movement meditations, ritual films, and embodied philosophy, Kevin invites you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body — not through performance, but through presence.
