🌸 Hi, I’m Emi Brown 🌸 Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by 💕 I’m Emi, a 23-year-old Japanese-American personal trainer currently living in the United States 🇯🇵🇺🇸 As a personal trainer, I love helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I’m always happy to share fitness tips, training advice, and help answer workout-related questions from my community 💪✨ One of my biggest long-term goals is to save enough money to build my own private training gym exclusively for members of this community. I want it to be a place where people can learn, train, grow, and support each other while working toward their goals 🤍 I was born in Japan to a Japanese mother and an American father. Growing up between two cultures has shaped who I am today, and after graduating from university, I moved to the U.S. to start a new chapter of my life. Fitness has always been a huge part of my journey 💪✨ I competed in weightlifting throughout my student years and even won a university championship 🏆. The discipline, determination, and competitive mindset I developed through sports eventually led me to become a personal trainer. People often describe me as outgoing and confident, but the truth is… I’m actually pretty shy 🙈 I love meeting new people and having conversations, but after a long day of socializing, you’ll usually find me curled up at home recharging with a matcha latte
