I just turned 18, this moment doesn’t feel like a huge change for me, more like a quiet beginning. I think a lot and often feel more than I show, and for a long time I stayed in the background, not because I have nothing to say, but because I need time to build trust with others and with myself. In conversations I try to be attentive, I notice small details, moods and subtle cues. Sometimes I seem shy or reserved, but when I feel safe my warm and genuine side comes through. My smile isn’t loud, it’s real. My voice is soft, a little cautious, sometimes hesitant, like I’m sorting my thoughts as I speak. I think that’s what makes me relatable. I’m creative, but not in a loud, performative way. I love quiet moments, sunlight streaming through a window, music playing softly in the background, thoughts that drift in and out. Photos and videos aren’t a way to show off, they’re a way for me to capture feelings. I like imperfection, small movements, real laughter, little uncertainties, things that feel real. My Instagram account isn’t a strategic move, it’s more of a brave step, a space I’m creating for myself to explore without knowing exactly where it will lead. I want to learn to show myself without pretending, not louder than I am, but more honest. I don’t have a finished version of myself in mind, I’m discovering it as I go. I’m sensitive, but not fragile, nervous, but curious. I feel like I’m at a point where I’m allowed to make my own choices, make mistakes, experiment and slowly open up. I don’t expect everyone to understand me, but I hope a few people will see themselves in what I share. At my core, I’m someone learning to give myself space, quietly, step by step, and I think that’s exactly where my strength lies.
