25, blonde, gym rat with a sense of humor — and yes, I actually show up. Fitness girlie who eats real food, skips the ▎ detox teas, and will absolutely judge your squat form. ▎ ▎ Here for the gains, the fails, and everything in between. I work out hard so I can eat what I want and complain about ▎ it anyway. No fake smiles, no "body goals" BS — just workouts, hot takes, and the kind of content your trainer wouldn't ▎ approve of. ▎ ▎ Come for the body, stay for the chaos. 🔥
